Hi, I’m Kayleigh.

I’m the founder and Senior Laser Specialist at The Laser Room Truro. For over 12 years I have dedicated my career to laser treatments because I genuinely love what I do. Helping people feel more confident through safe, effective treatments has always been my passion.

​

People often ask what I enjoy outside of work, and the truth is, laser has never just been a job to me. I genuinely love learning, refining my skills and continually finding ways to improve the experience I offer my clients. When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and animals, exploring Cornwall and switching off by being outdoors. The Laser Room has become such a big part of my life because I truly care about what I do, and I think that passion comes through in every treatment.

My journey into laser aesthetics began in 2013 when I travelled to Canada to study laser technology, skin science and advanced aesthetic treatments. That experience gave me a thorough understanding of how laser works beneath the surface, not just how to perform treatments, but why they work and how to achieve the best possible results safely.

Since then, I have continued to invest in my education and have completed seven further advanced laser training programmes in the UK. I strongly believe that knowledge is one of the most valuable things I can offer my clients. The laser industry is constantly evolving and I believe it’s my responsibility to continue learning, improving and refining my skills.

In 2018, I founded The Laser Room with one clear goal. I wanted to create a private clinic where clients would receive honest advice, exceptional care and outstanding results without feeling like just another appointment.

Every consultation and every treatment is carried out by me personally. When you choose The Laser Room, you will always know exactly who is treating you. I believe building trust with my clients is just as important as achieving great results.

Over the years I have treated thousands of clients, each with different skin types, concerns and goals. That experience has taught me that successful laser treatments are never about following the same routine for everyone. Every treatment should be tailored to the individual, taking into account their skin, lifestyle and desired outcome.

I have invested in premium medical grade laser technology because I believe my clients deserve the very best. However, even the most advanced equipment is only as good as the person using it. Experience, judgement and continual education are what truly make the difference.

I have always believed in being honest with my clients. If I don’t believe a treatment is right for someone, I’ll say so. I’d rather build long term trust than make a quick sale. My reputation has been built on honesty, professionalism and consistently delivering results that my clients are proud of.

The Laser Room has never been just a business to me. It reflects years of hard work, continual learning and a genuine commitment to providing the highest standard of laser treatments. Seeing my clients leave feeling happier, more confident and achieving results they never thought possible is still the most rewarding part of my job.
